Please join the Manna House board and staff in welcoming our new Executive Director, Antonio (Tony) Coffield.

 

Antonio is a dedicated professional with more than two decades of experience in non-profit management, small business, and consulting, matched with an abundance of knowledge and skills. Antonio Coffield has extensive experience in organizational development, strategic planning, change management and executive leadership training.

 

Originally from Maryland, Antonio enhanced his experience by designing and delivering leadership programs in the Baltimore/Washington metro region and is uniquely positioned to impact organizations’ productivity and long-term success. He has a compelling vision of bringing purpose into the people equation of promoting healthy, productive and meaningful work cultures. Focused on ensuring efficient services and operations through effective management methods. He is a problem solver with a keen sense of balance in addressing solutions by listening and empowering team members to be owners of the mission and tasks.

 

A passionate and motivated leader who can manage personnel, processes, and technology involved in any business process, with extensive experience directing Services, Quality, Safety and Cost Control for large and small & Non-profit businesses. He has demonstrated a proven ability to implement procedures in support of improving programs, the welfare of his people, systems, and mission results.

 

Antonio is a recipient of the 2017 Howard County TERPS Football & Cheer Association Presidential Award and was selected as Howard County Parks & Recreations Volunteer of the Year in 2011. He is an active board member of the Network for Developing Conscious Communities and served as Board President for the Maryland Community Action Partnership Board for five years, 2012-2017. With personal development always at his forefront, Antonio Coffield continues to expand his knowledge by completing the prestigious Leadership Maryland Program in December 2016.
